I know, I know it's only 1 game but still ...

GF100 : 84 avg
HD5970 : 87 avg

Mind you that Fermi was on a non-overclocked processor and that it was A2 + ULTRA settings + unfinished drivers ...

Discuss people ! Also today, they were showing their rocketsled demo @CEBIT with only one GF100 card instead of 3 in SLI ... I'm beginning to think the GTX 480 will be faster than a HD5970.

I'll run those same settings with crossfire disabled later today,as i have a similar setup as the one used overal in terms of CPU and the speed it's running at.

Btw,it seems you were comparing 4X AA and 16X AF GF100 results,with HD5970 results when running at 8XAA settings(look at them carefully),so they weren't running the same workloads.

Anyhow,here's my results at 1920*1200 with 4x AA and 16X AF,all other settings at ultra high just like Guru 3D,but running the latest 10.2 driver set:

My minimum FPS value is 75 FPS,and this is of course with one HD5970 card essentially disabled for this test.

True,but i haven't benched my setup using the latest 10.2 drivers in this benchmark yet,and using the same settings Guru3D did with Fermi....

The leak from over a month ago didn't specify the settings used to reach their result in farcry 2
