Default Where are 32-bit libraries (195.36.08)?

I've just downloaded NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-195.36.08-pkg0.run and noticed that there is no lib32 directory. Was it moved to some other location/package or is it packaging error?

32bit binaries are only in the pkg2 package as always.
