I am asking this question becouse ... idk... I think I have 360 a heart. and there is plenty of more games for it(also cheaper) and I dont play multiplayer so I might get 360.

I will put it this way. I have bought 3rd party cables and had issues with signal quality (not HDMI cables, I am talking about analog ones). The colors would be off or the picture would be fuzzy.

I have never had an issue with official MS/Sony cables for component/vga/composite. If you're going HDMI though, just get a cheap cable of monoprice. They work great.

I just like gaming in overall. I am not into multiplayer too much(if any) So multiplayer component doesnt interest me. I think you are trying to say Dead Rising 2 is a 360 exclusive and I just wanted to say that is not true. It is also on PS3 and PC.

Probably, but I have a knock off vga cable I bought from play-asia and the color is extremely close on my DLP tv vs my LCD tv using hdmi.

I have the old 60 gig with the emotion chip or whatever it's called in it, so it handles backward compatibility with hardware...They took the chip out in later models to save $$...

Changing your mind is not a bad thing, it just shows you are considering your options. Deliberating all your options in the least will give you justification for you choice when you make it.

Lets face it, they are all just game consoles and the choice in the end really isn't going to make a significant impact in the world or your life.. now on the other hand, if you had to choose which testicle to get amputated, the right or the left, that would be a big deal.
