cos all my other games run fine no point in chaging drivers for me ... i didnt no that it was a console port either come on devs wot are use playing at here....

These shots are high and very high.....I cant really see the difference.

I like it so far....I guess its what I wanted Stalker to be.

I've been interested in Metro for a long time and planing to buy it for the last few months...but looking over this thread, I'm concerned for how it will play on a single card machine. I don't care how good its game-play is, if the game runs like crap I will not enjoy it.

Anyone, playing on a similar setup to mine?

Here's some benchmarks for Metro2033 that have popped up:

Seems like it will be a matter of messing around with settings to find the right balance of graphics / performance for single card owners.....Even then resolutions are low for the FPS in these benchies, I think I might hold off and hope the game gets better PC optimized or play it after I upgrade.....

I love how after Steam installs the game from a disc it is only at 70% and needs to download a ton of crap.

Dial-up users move love that crap.
