I've just not long brought a 9600GT and have a nForce 680i mobo with SLI. I'm really thinking of buying another card based on this. http://www.firingsquad.com/hardware/...i_performance/
So it would only cost me £124 for SLI which beats a 8800 Ultra and is much cheaper. ![]() |

How would or does Crysis/Crysis Wars scale with two GTX-285's at 1680x1050? Am I correct in saying Crysis will NOT benefit from a PhysX card?

I got about a 90% increase in performance with my second GTX260. In fact it scaled very well in almost all games. Crysis doesn't use PhysX so no, a PhysX card would be useless for Crysis.
EDIT: GTX285 single vs SLI in Crysis... http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/sh...34&postcount=4 Single: avg: 20FPS SLI: avg. 38FPS Yup, scales very well! |
