Water cooling solutions for these cards?

I was thinking about ordering a water cooled version of the gtx 480 however I don't know what else I would need to finish the setup ie radiator/reservoir etc.

Any all in one solutions that actually work well?

The top of the block will have mirror-finish. There is no word on an acrylic-top variant. The three are expected to be priced in the US $140-$150 range. Danger Den will release these by the end of the week, so users could have one ready by the time their GeForce GTX 480 arrives

Just ordered the graphics card loop for mine today. It depends on your case and personal preference as to what it'll cost. You'll need a rad, fans, pump, reservoir, hoses, hose clamps and fittings. The bigger/deeper the rad, the better the cooling. You can get some good pump/res combo's to fit in a single or dual drive bay, too.

Or wait for the omni alc if you don't want to go thru the pain of setting one up. That's what I have planned. To get a reg water cooling setup I would have to ditch my p183 and build back up. Too much work.

I've looked at that before a while ago from CoolIT. Any ETA on when this comes out?

I would assume we wouldn't need to but the water block version, just take off the fan/heat shield on a normal 480/470?

They're not due out till May/June.

Yeah especially considering the card is already factory overclocked 750 on the core = very nice.

I'm going to experiment with one of the best cooling cases. (Cooler Master's HAF-932 Link) It has three strategically placed 230mm fans and one strategically placed 140mm fan.

After a friend upgraded to that case, his system with a GTX295 and i7-920, got unbelievable cooler.

It just might be the best solution money wise.

At NewEgg it is only $159. And at Fry's Electronic it is only $139.

I found myself realizing it is the Bentley of cases in respect to it can be copied, but why buy a copy?

So many others have implemented the same fan layout, its unbelievable. While at the same time validates any argument that Cooler Master hit a home run out of the park with the design.

A 230mm Fan directly blowing on the Video card from the side; a second 230mm fan blowing down on everything; a third 230mm fan at the lower front of the case blowing air backwards through the case; to a fourth fan, a 140mm fan at the top rear that blows all the air out of the top rear.

I need not say more than, it's as if Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo were reincarnated just to engineered it.
