Does wishing make software better? wine isn't just for Linux, and Linux doesn't fail because wine doesn't match Windows on their assorted component implementations and quality of those implementations, because gaming is not its sole purpose. And I'm pretty sure Windows wasn't built overnight by a handful of volunteers.

Yes, I have. I am interested to see some videos of their performance. And don't tell me 30 FPS at 1024x768 is fine.

To be honest, the last time I gamed on WINE was 3-4 years ago. It must have come a long ways since then. Back when I ran it all the games ran like poop. Then again, Linux itself is progressing very quickly.
