Default Password protection on consoles

Is it possible for both 360 and ps3. And can you stop more than one account being created so yours is the only accessable via a password?

Thanks

Pretty sure is possible. On PS3 it is if you just have your account and password protect it. 360 should be also as part of it's parental controls.
