Is it worth selling my EVGA GTX-285 1Gb and getting a GTX-470? Looks like I would gain about 4FPS in Crysis more or less lol. GTA_VI seen a nice improvement, probably due to more RAM on the 470.

I wouldn't think so. Looking at a random review(Tom's) performance seems to average about 10-20% better than a GTX 285. Unless you can get a really good price for your 285...

Well, its not just a pure performance upgrade like you had from the 8/9 series to the GTX 200 series. Its also a feature upgrade, with DX11 and all its features like tessellation, more AA options, better image quality, etc. But if you are perfectly happy with your 285's performance and you don't see what all the hype is about with DX11, then there really is no reason to upgrade.
