People Can Fly (Painkiller) developed game for consoles and PC:
http://www.computerandvideogames.com....php?id=242277 Copied from computerandvideogames: "The story, written by Rick Remender, is set in the 26th century, and players take on the role of Grayson Hunt - part of Black Ops unit Dead Echo, bossed by General Serrano. Hunt's mission is to assassinate a man responsible for thousands of deaths. When he refuses to kill him, Hunt in turn becomes the most wanted man in the galaxy. Silly beggar. A decade later, Hunt is washed up - living on the outskirts of space with cyborg Ishi Sato. When Hunt sees the warship that his old boss General Serrano uses, Ulysses, he drunkenly decides to destroy it with his own vessel. We've all been there, right? Following the collision, both ships go spiraling towards a planet below, which is described as a ruined Las Vegas-like playground. This world is jam packed with flesh-eating creatures, mutants and many more evil foes. And that's where the action really begins. People Can Fly revealed the game will offer online multiplayer, but not co-op. GameInformer reports: 'As the name suggests, players will take on hideous mutants in a flurry of lead, all the while racking up combos that encourage variety over headshot after headshot."

Meh, looks like a spin off of Gears and just another average shooter.
