Default 195.36.15: sometimes Xorg uses 100% cpu (i386)

After running Nvidia driver on FreeBSD - now RELENG_7 - for years without issues, I'm having a problem since some days.
Sometimes, after some normal usage, Xorg starts using 100% of cpu.
The mouse moves regularly as usual, but the windows doesn't get repainted, typing on opened terminal as no effect. I can do nothing and any unsaved work get lost.
I can login from remote using ssh and kill Xorg, but if I start it again, the problem appears very soon (almost immediatly). The only solution is reboot.
This never happend before 195.36.15.
When it happens, some nvidia messages are appended to the end of /var/log/Xorg.0.log as you can see from the attached bug-report, but I don't know what they mean.
Any idea?
