I tried Crysis all VH with SLi. I had the fans set to 63%. The top card hit 75C and the bottom 71. I did Assault harbor, Onslaught and some of Awakenings. I used the rocket launcher with infinite ammo on everyone and everything in Assault and Onslaught
![]() I could use greater than 63% fan speed and higher levels annoy me.

Dumb PSU question. I've got three lines off my PSU that are intended for graphics. Would it be worthwhile to connect the main connector from line one to GPU one, and the main connector from line two to GPU two then divide the third line between them?

That would be the best way to set it up on a PSU with multiple rails.

If you have a single-rail PSU, then it doesn't matter what connectors you use. They're all tied to the same power source and have equal pull.

It's amazing to me that I can now play BFBC2 at 1920x1080 on all settings at high with 8xaa and 16af better than I could play 1920x1080 at medium with no aa/af. 470 is an awesome card.

Newegg had them in stock today for a bit. Snagged a Gigabyte GTX 480 for $499, brand doesn't matter to me as it will be water cooled. Should be here monday by 10:30 AM.
I paid $379 for my HD5870 in Oct 09. Sold it locally for $375, but delivering Tuesday. Now thats a GPU that held its value. I need to see if Swiftech will be putting out a unisink like I just got for my 5870. |

I think the thermaltake 1000 tough power is identical. Had that before I got my 1100 enermax, it was a great psu.
