I had a Geforce 7600 card now a GT220 one.
The problem remains the same. Both cards and the monitor have DVI and VGA connectors. With nvidia-driver > 180.60 I get a black screen and the monitor shows the message "No Signal" when DVI connected. Due to xorg-server being upgraded I had to install a newer nvidia-driver. I can now only get the monitor to work by using the VGA connection. http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t...ighlight-.html In the above link you can read what I tried to make it work on DVI. I hope someone can tell me what I should do. Gerard. |

Since no one has answered:
I ran the bugreport program and here is the result. nvidia-bug-report.log.gz I am not sure this worked though being quite unfamiliar with how the nvidia forum works. Gerard. |
