Hmm. Huge improvements in DX11, not so much in DX9/10.

Hope to see the 64 bit version. Who still uses a 32 bit OS with top of the line hardware anyways.

Difference is huge on dirt2, but barely a difference in heaven benchmark. No idea how one benchmark gets so much more out of the driver than the other when both use DX11.

Dunno, but for one of my customer, when we release a final build to QA, we set the minor number to 1. If the build is rejected by the QA team, we start incrementing the minor number until the build is considered gold. I think Nvidia is simply using an autoincrement for every compile/build even if the build is not always delivered to the QA dept.

I wonder why they didn't bench Bad Company 2. That's one of the few games that the 4xx series clearly falls behind in, so I think a lot of people are hoping for significant improvements in that game from a driver update.

Agreed. And the DX11 performance in that game lags badly behind the DX10 performance, so hopefully that's fixed too.

Those increases for DX11 in DiRT 2 are awesome! Let's hope that follows for BC2 as well.

Note : very sorry, results of Dirt 2 of 197.75 and 256.76 are similar. Results previous mistakes by the Post Process is Medium (256.76), while 197.75 is High.
Anyway, he posted more benchmarks today (BF:BC2 and Metro 2033).

Wow, a huge increase in Metro 2033 performance. Amazing.

Shame about the bugs in BC2.
