Quadro FX4800 (Two nvidia cards) freezing all the times on RHEL 4 update 7

Hi all,

We've a Dell precision T5400N running with red hat linux, and recently found that the system keeps freezing while working, the following error we see in /var/log/messages before freezing,

I think we have also tested with latest drives 195.36. Please help me, I have included bug report
