Heat. with a stock cooler you can't run any of these cpus at 4.0 Ghz. On water we can. heat output is the limitation for clock speed right now.

From the looks of it, with overclocking it seems to be better than having 280's in SLI. It's definately tempting for me to get 2 of em.
