Im idling at 55C, House temp is 25C... is that good?

okay I am about to sell my core 216's to a guy on Ebay I'm going big! for a EVGA GTX 480
my question is whats the difference between these two cards? i know one is SC but cant I just overclock the lower price card to match or even beat the clock speeds of the other and save money? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=480&name=EVGA thanks
