My GTX 480 from Dell has been delayed to 6/28. Dont know if I should just wait since I only paid $385 for it or just get the Evga GTX480SC for $480 from tigerdirect.

If you do order from TD don't forget to go through bing you can get up to another 12% off. I still am a bit POed at myself for forgetting

but you have to give it to TD they shipped so fast there wasn't even time to actually cancel to reorder by the time I was reminded.

There was a dell coupon that took a big chunk off the normal price. I think the link is on the previous page of this thread but they were sold out pretty quick.

This is just a single loop with Black Ice GTX 480 quad radiator, and my CPU is also in the loop. At first I was worried that it's not enough for two 480s + a 980X.

Thanks, mate! Your setup is nice too; 470 tri-SLI is a beast.

And yeah, the case is great. And I recently replaced the motherboard tray with the new one that has a CPU socket cutout, making changing coolers a lot easier.

Woohooo, just installed it. At idle it seem to run just a couple of degrees over my GTX260 (44C vs 46C on the 480). At load it hits a high of about 83C after with the fan hitting about 75% when my ambient temp of about 80F (26C). Better than I thought it would be. Looks like I get to pick up metro2033 for 50% off with the steam weekend deal and Cryostasis for free from EVGA

I know what you are talking about. I have changed mb's a couple of times since getting the 980x. 1st, the tape on the bottom is only good for one cpu seating. And since the case you and I have are not btx, it's really hard to get that last screw in the upper left to go in because of being so close to the power supply. Makes you want the clip in socket 478 style coolers back. Easiest cooler ever to install!
