Hmm... that's tempting. I'd like to get this in a retail box though.

Got a bit more than expected this payday... may have to do it.
Have a dispute to settle with my credit union though- if it's in my favor I'll grab this, otherwise I'll have to wait till the next deal. ![]() |

Bought it. Probably not going to be much cheaper than this for a long long time. Gonna play when I take breaks from BFBC2

Got a copy off ebay for 10 bucks less than that and it's new.

Thanks for the tip. I see there are some "Eastern European" versions being listed for around $10 with $4 shipping. The packaging is slightly different and they don't come with manuals but you can select English during the installation and it will be identical to the US version.
I'll definitely grab it for that price. Is there any reason I shouldn't buy this?

Bought it from steam since it was half off. It looks great with DX11
I am really liking the GTX480.

You can risk it if you want to give it a go, but just know that if the publisher demands that "grey" market goods be removed from steam, steam will enforce that part of the ToS and you will be left with no recourse to get your money back.

If it's purchased through Steam it's against the ToS, also if's it's one of those dodgey sites that just sells the key. However if it's retail boxed even if it's a game that uses Steamworks, it's fine. Also if the game if gifted it's legal. There is no way Valve can stop people handing out gifts to loved ones and I love |MagNuS|.
