Unlimited number of times, and you can make a backup of downloaded setup folder files

I loved the first STALKER, but never bought the following 2 games. Not sure why. :

I just bought Call of Pripyat (loyalty edition) on Gamersgate and when i try to get the activation code it says something like this: (translated from swedish)

"Severcommunication error:

An existing connection forced to shut down remote host computer."

I already have Clear sky retail installed so that shouldn´t be a problem. Any suggestions?
