How to obtain 1 single view from 16 monitors using NVIDIA Quadro NVS 420?

All,
Using the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 420 (with the Xserver on Fedora 8), I have been able to obtain 1 single view from 4 monitors/screens (i.e. Have 1 desktop view displayed on 4 monitors). If I were to obtain 4 of these Quadro cards, which means that I can now use 16 monitors, can I still obtain 1 desktop view from all 16 monitors? I was told this configuration was not possible with a windows OS. However, can I configure the Xserver in Linux to accomplish this task?
If I am not able to, is this a restriction on the hardware (i.e. the Quadro NVS 420 is physically not able to do this), or a restriction of the X server? Thank you.
