VE3D has a making-of video for the trailer, and Crytek's CEO and one of their designers state outright it was in-game footage. They were slightly smug about it, too!

If that was in-game footage on the PC version, I quit. My PC will not be able to run that at highest settings.

But given your PC, you'll still be able to enjoy high quality visuals...just not maxed out. And it's really about the game, right?
