Cmon Narc you know well enough that this beta version is gonna be pretty close to final release, nothing new to see, same ole **** in a different box.

So it will be more broken. BC2 beta worked better for me than the FULL release does now.

It's the actual gameplay thats a big turn off. I was hoping it wouldn't be like MW2.

Going from MW1 to MW2 the recoil was the biggest change...and MoH has almost no recoil on the guns.

They are going to have to improve the gameplay and move off the casual console gamer if they want me to buy it.

I just know recoil is certainly something that can change from beta to release... that's an easy thing to do. The game will essentially be the same, yes, but a lot of the small complaints I see today are things they could easily change.

Sure they CAN change them but will they? Probably not because games are designed for console kiddies with a 10 minute attention span.

Pc gamers are second class citizens these days, getting the scraps from the allmighty console table, i'm sick of it.

Well they're making it more like MW2, right? And MW2 sold several million copies on PC and is played by more people every day then the 4-6 below it combined on steam stats.

So... PC gamers must like that style too.

To be fair, BC2 has gotten A LOT better than when it was first released. The server browser is bearable now, and the gameplay is more balanced than it was. That doesn't stop people from whoring the Carl Gustav or M60. BC2 has some great elements to its gameplay, and I still think it's one of the best MP FPS games on the market at the moment.

MoH still has a long time before it hits retail.

also it seems the chat function is bugged as well.

if u enter chat mode..you can't type anything...and u cant exit out of the chat box either..you have to end task it ^_^

Its not that they like the style it is because they dont have many other options. PC games today are unfortunately getting more and more like console games on every release, as PC gamers this is something we are gonna have to accept.
I'm a little gutted reading some of these coments as from what ive seen on vids etc it does look quite good and i wanted it to work because its MoH and was a massive fan of the original.

Oh well...still got Bulletstorm, Brink, Rage, Crysis 2 and CoD: Black op's along with a few others that im pretty keen to play.

The game itself isn't that bad, its just the engine is s**t for a twitch shooter. Its clunky and every movement is really labored. It feels like aiming a 12' 2x4 instead of a rifle, and I am sure with console auto aim it feels normal.

On the pc it will need tons of work to smooth out that stuff to the point of quake 4 or source engine. BC2 is a lot more smooth but this is a really early beta and I hope things are gonna get much better. Sadly I don't see it getting to the level that the better shooter engines are for a while..
