Fable 3 announcement is good but if they think that alone means they are "reinvesting" in PC gaming I disagree. I'll be happy if they bring more A-grade titles to PC and port them properly, otherwise this is just more hot air.

I'd be happy to see more titles making it to pc. This may be unrelated, but I thought that seeing Valve moving to support other OSes would bring this about. Valve is a bit too big a player for MS to ignore.

I'll just cross my fingers and wait...

It may have something to do with it... so would the rise of the iPad and other MAC advancements in sales and tech. They need to make sure they keep people on Windows PCs.

as far as MS reinvesting in PC platform, i don't believe them. bringing one single title doesn't save them for all the past bull**** they pulled.

Porting PGR3, Forza2, etc... would be a good step.

Sony showed more PC games on E3 than Microsoft. That shows how committed Microsoft is to PC gaming.

For everyone saying Fable 3 is not enough, the whole point of the announcement is to say that Fable 3 is just the beginning. I mean, I can understand saying they might not follow-up on it, they haven't before, but don't act as if they are saying Fable 3 is it and enough, because that is not what they said.

I hope MS DOES indeed do this. I think their biggest problem over the years is that they have become complacent. Not only in gaming but in a multitude of categories.

i still remember the interview with one MS douche bag, and when he said that MS doesn't want multiplatform releases at the same time, because European market usually buys the PC version and they want them to buy xbox version instead.

this is why I dont trust MS when it comes to gaming, they always have an agenda
