I doubt it. Its the same design, that was NV whole plan with fermi, to make it scaleable. It could be clocked faster though, I just don't see them getting it clocked that much faster that it can beat a 465 by much. Who knows for sure 'till we see it though.

this is how I see it


points for:
- it's a new design
- will run cooler just because it's smaller
- all rumors say 300+ shaders (it seems the 256 shader part was canceled)
- heat generated by a chip is logarithmic rather than linear (i.e. 10% reduction in size nets greater than 10% reduction in heat)

points against:
- efficiency questionable (might have taped out shortly after GF100, leaving no time for massive changes)
- Nvidia has had questionable execution lately
- has not been officially confirmed by Nvidia, might prove to be false or inaccurate


regardless I probably should have posted this in the 'rumor mill'
