Default On the MSI GTX 470 on the over volting with Afterburner

With the 1.61 MSI Afterburner it will go up to 1.213v ,but it only allows you to go to 1.087 ,is there some way to get it to go higher then the 1.087v .or do you have to flash it with some different BIOS.
