Lucky you got it in box, mine came damaged in a bloody cheap small jiffy bag from Netherlands.

I received my in a box as well installed it on Saturday all is well. Made about a 2c difference in idle and a about 3 c in load temps, for the $5 buck shipping it was worth it IMHO.

Read what Legit Reviews has to say, I believe the High Flow Brackets work better in multiple cards, SLI, Tri-SLI, and with a better fan profile using MSI Afterburner.

I got the bracket and installed it and it seems to help a lot. When I ran Kombustor with the old one, I topped out at about 88c but with the new one I top at 82c. That is not bad at all. Though my idle temps are about the same. In games I seem to have dropped a bit also nothing major maybe like 3c in a game like Sniper Ghost Warrior. So overall it was worth it.

I can see why they charged $4.95 shipping, they put it in a rather large box you could probably put 100 brackets in there with ease and it's a thick kind of a box.

Got email from EVGA said they will sent the high flow bracket replacement, hopefully it will be in a small box instead of a jiffy bag.

Sweet. This is great info. I have two EVGA Superclocked GTX 480s coming tomorrow. I'll make sure to register them both and get the new brackets ordered.

Thanks for the info.
