Palit vs. EVGA
Between the Palit GeForce GTX 460 Sonic Platinium (1024MB GDDR5) and the EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SuperClocked 1024MB EE, which one should I pick? Both are the same price, if I am not mistaken.

Everyone who is thinking of getting a Palit or Gainward should go to that link, apparently the end consumer Gainward/Palit GTX 460's dont have VRM Heatsinks, while the reviewer units did. This results in crazy high temps on parts of the board and the fan cranking up high and loud. Also, it's worth spending the extra $10 to get the lifetime warranty on evga cards.

I do not know anything about Palit ,never had a card from them ,but I do know EVGA has just about the best customer service and support in the video card business.I would certainally suggest EVGA.

EVGA has always been the best OEM partner for Nvidia. I've never had a bad experience with them.
