Forgive the n00b question, but how do I install "lm_sensors-3.1.2.tar.bz2"? I've forgotten how to extract a tarball file....

openSUSE comes with lm_sensors. Just enable the service in YaST>System Services>lm_sensors
For future reference. If you're using GNOME, it's just right click in the file manager>Extract Here. KDE4 has a similar way, which I assume Ark is installed by default. |

Hmm...I didn't know that lm_sensors was already installed. I'll check it out. ![]() |

Thanks....I got it configured. Now, it's time to see if I can get it working with conky.
