So far, I'm enjoying the speed of openSUSE 11.3. It's going to take some getting use to..especially coming from a Windows' perspective.
I pretty much got my desktop the way that I want it to be, now, I am trying to configure conky--a lightweight system monitor. I will report back with my progress. |

Are you writing your own config file for it Doc? I use conky also, the full featured one, but I've seen a few folks post their own custom config files for it too.

I like this Doc. I'm still using Ubuntu, but have a half downloaded Suse to try. I'm spurned on now to complete and install.
