Like I said, I haven't heard, in the media, about this issue with other top tier phones.
Support pages and all are good but in the whole time the Nexus One has been out, I have not seen a major article or anything about this issue. The iPhone 4 has officially been on the market for half a week by comparison. |

This is interesting about signal issues. Seems iPhone 3G/3GS is affected as well. Makes me wonder it's not hardware but iOS4 causing the problem.

I just got my iphone 4 yesterday and I love it alot. I had the original iphone and 3g model. The latest model is great in alot of ways. First the screen is beauitful, secondly the phone is super first compared to my 3g model. But I have experienced the issue with holding left corner of the phone causing calls to drop. And I was really looking forward to this model when I heard that apple was trying to improve drop call issues but I am still dropping calls the same as before. I will contact AT&T tomorrow morning to report the issue. But besides that I am in love again with my iphone.

Anand did a good write-up regarding the signal issue.

My wifes friend got one last week and dropped it while we were geocaching last night. Shattered.... maybe glass on both sides was dumb?
It didn't even hit concrete.... |

What you expect. Let's take her head and drop it. People never learned to take better care of there stuff. We had a guy here I saw at the local At&t store drop his in the parking lot. Never cracked.
