Default Assassins Creed 2 PC crashes on load (new video card)

Hello All - I recently upgraded from a gtx 260 to a gtx 470 (evga) and uninstalled the video drivers, and then reinstalled them after putting in the new card. When I launch assassins creed 2 now it crashes after doing the online verification. All my other games are running great however.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

I would say reinstall the game and make sure any folders the game created in My Documents or whatever are deleted. It may be that the game needs to generate files that are specific to that card like shaders or configurations.
