Looking for a TV. 50" at least, preferrably 55".
Plasma? LCD? Thoughts? Brand? Thanks. ![]() |

Alright! Someone responded. Under a grand. I see most 55" are around 12-1400 so if it's a nice tv I'll spring for it. Just wondering what other people have, like, recommend.

The Panasonic plasma's are nice from what I hear. You should check out the first few threads in this section. Some people have been recommending some sets. To be honest, I don't know a lot about which sets are the best.

I'm planning to get Panasonic 42" G25 Plasma. Been doing a lot of researching for my next TV and I keep hearing great stuff about it (from AVS forum). You might want to check it out. Right now it's under $1,000 which is just right for my budget.
http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-e...00000000005702 54" one is like close to $1.5k or less depends on where you buy it from. Also I suggest you to purchase extended warranty from SquareTrade. It's cheap and excellent customer service.
