Default happy connection

As ragejg, I'm on a crippled half-T1 on a PII/233 and I'm way happy with the connection...

As RealUser, I'm on a 26.4 Bluefrog connection AND I"M STILL HAPPY.

1.6KB/sec is bad even for dial-up. that's 14.4 speed! if i was using 56k access i would be complaining about those terrible speeds.
