Droid X or Droid 2 are great, I think you can get the HTC EVO 4G as well, I'm not 100% on that though. All those are great phones...the X might be the best of them all though when it comes down to overall features.

I LOVE my motodroid 1, it's the best phone I've owned yet.

Well... I finally gave in and bought a Droid X. After reading all kinds of reviews and talking to people I know, the Droid X seems to win out for over all features. Plus, being addicted to a keyboard like I am, I feel the bigger screen will be a nice transition to a touch screen only interface!

The Droid 2 was a close second but the camera seemed a bit lacking and I was readin the Droid X camera will be even better than it is now once the 2.2 OS comes out later this month for it. The downside.... my phone does not even ship till the 17th...

I hate waiting for new toys...

I am really surprised at the lack of love/knowledge of the Streak

I am still trying to finagle my way to one in place of my iPhone 4

What ya'll have are hand-held computers. NOT "phones"- but hand-held computers with telephone capability.

lol... I agree. The only reason I am upgrading from my Voyager Titanium is I find myself wanting to use the "internet/social sites/video/texting" way more than the actual phone part.

While I have found my Voyager does apps and everything, it is becoming dated and a bigger screen is a must for browsing the internet plus the extra speed and memory helps a ton too. I like the idea of carrying 1 device around to suit all my needs

To each their own, of course. I'm rather old fashioned- don't even have texting as part of my plan, and never intend to get it either. Don't browse the web from my phone, listen to music on my phone, watch movies on my phone, or play games on my phone. I've got a computer to do all that stuff.

I like it mainly for work. Can do all my web surfing during lunch or while on-site without ever using my laptop and can listen to music without carrying my ipod around (which I carry around now at work). Will not have to carry around a camera anymore when I go out and will be able to upload pictures stright from the phone.

Hoping it makes my life a little easier! Plus, like computers, I enjoy playing with new technology!

Yep, that was my first impression, but it is THIN. It's about as thin as the iPhone 4 and my buddy had the UK 2.1 build running on there. It is pretty phenomenal

Also, doesn't look at that bad holding it up to your face. And, the screen real-estate == second to none.

Plus it fit in my jeans pretty comfortably.

Do NOT sit down with it in your back pocket though

If AT&T allows me to return my iPhone4, I am going to grab it.

The Galaxy S is a nice phone. It's one of the fastest on the market, but the screen real-estate is a little less.
