which Android apps to get?

So I finally got around to buying a new phone and now have a HTC EVO 4G running stock Froyo 2.2.. what are some good, useful and/or cool apps to get? I already have the latest swype, barcode scanner, Last.fm, Angry Birds, Google Earth, Fandango, Skyfire, Fring, Google Sky Map and Live Holdem Poker.

BeyondPod is really good for RSS and Podcasts.

Blow Up and Robo Defense are fun.

Also, I really like WordUp! but I'm a dork..

Talking Tom. Basicly a tom cat that mimics what you say in a funny voice, but you can also beat him up by hitting him in the head, in the gut, stomping his toes, or pulling his tail. Can give him milk, and rub his tummy to make him purr.

I use my EVO for everyday stuff, so I got Bubble (bubble level), ConvertPad, TriCorder (like Star Trek, but the sucker can detect earthquakes), Tower Raiders, SpeedTest, Mirror 4 EVO, File Manager (it's better than Astro), Compass, and of course, Android Light Saber!

I haven't tried that remote program myself, but I have used Gmote alot and I LOVE it. It uses a desktop client that runs on the PC. It can work as a mouse and keyboard as well as the normal remote functions.

It's a media player that plays almost everything I've thrown at it. I've tried Divx, Xvid and Quicktime (.mov). All play great on my Droid, so should play flawlessly on your Evo. It's supposed to support mkvs as well, but I have not tried.

Note - You will want the Arm7 version - Also, download from the mirror, for some reason the regular link on the right is not working...

nice thanks, I've downloaded a couple of the apps you guys have suggested. I also ditched Skyfire for Dolphin Browser HD, what are you guys using? also looking for a decent VNC app.

Whats a good app that can use to watch video off the media server for android like i did with iphone? like airvideo.
