Any other Galaxy S users out there?

I'm in love with the screen on this phone.... it's been simply amazing from the start. I really wish I had the chance to get the ATT Captivate though, I really could have done without the physical keyboard and extra size but other than that this phone is simply amazing.

Yep I have a Vibrant (The T Mobile version) the screen is indeed amazing. The GPS is not however. Fix is supposed to be coming this month and it's about over now...

I was sad to see that the Captivate didn't have the keyboard. I'm not much for on-screen keyboards. That's really the only drawback of my phone in my opinion. I miss the keyboard I had on my Fuze.

Does the Captivate have Swype? I can type faster onscreen with that than I can with a miniature physical keyboard.

Yes it does, i tried it but prefer swiftkey.

I was with you at first... but not that's the reason I'd rather have the captivate than the epic.

With swype I can type messages in at least half the time as i can with a physical keyboard that "play nice" with the swype dictionary... ones that don't are about the same, making the physical keyboard overall just a moot point. Maybe it will come in handy for gaming?
