X hanging, machine still accessible remotely

I know the Xorg guys will laugh me off the planet if I send them a trace including the proprietary driver, so I'm hoping you guys can help investigate. Attached. Please let me know if there's anything else you need.

What were you doing when X server hung? It seems to be this problem is altered by some specific actions on your behalf.

I don't actually recall exactly, but I believe I was playing a video through MythTV on screen 0 (via VDPAU) and had a browser open on screen 1.
