Default "Force Full GPU Scaling" problem

since the 260 deriver, the "Force Full GPU Scaling" checkbox is not there after my projector is detected. i have to restart nvidia-settings and then the controls are there.

this was never a problem with older drivers. i tried the original ubuntu 10.10 version 260.19.06 and 260.19.12

this is annoying, can you fix this please? or a permanent setting would be even better

thank you!

Default Re: "Force Full GPU Scaling" problem

I also have this problem with a tv connected over hdmi. It also will not show the overscan options for me. If i change something random on the page like a dithering option and hit reset to hardware defaults it suddenly shows all the controls

I have also noticed on the GPU information page it will say "PCI Express x16 Gen1" then if I run something like glxinfo on the command line it will suddenly say "PCI Express x16 Gen2".
