Killer price for a 42" Vizio LED?

What's the catch? Whopping $688 for a 42" Vizio Razor LED. I want to grab this so bad. I already have a 32" Vizio Full HD. I'm very happy with the result I have with my 32", and I know Vizio improves A LOT, considering the fact they have been the sponsors all over I'm seeing on TV. Of course, it doesn't much, but I trust Vizio!

But for a 42 inch Razor LED, is it refurbished? It does not say anything, there's no contact email or number.

BTW, I don't need internet on TV. What's laptop for?

Also if you don't have Prime on Amazon or have never used the free trial, sign up for it, it is free if you cancel before 30 days are up by going into your account settings and cancel it. Stay away from Vizio TV's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are crap. I sold them for a few yrs and if you put them side by side with a Sony, LG, Samsung, or Panasonic the picture is horrible. the colors are faded out and the contrast is off.

STAY AWAY from them.....spend a few pennies more and go with a better TV. Why do you think they are mainly sold at Wal-mart stores? Cheap....cheap quality.

I have a 32" Vizio LCD full HD, it works great, I can't complain about the pictures. I saw 42" Vizio LED in Costco store, the picture looks real good.

I pulled the trigger on TV. TigerDirect for $699.99 with BillMeLater option. Costco has it for cheaper, but plus tax and shipping. TigerDirect offered better was cheaper.

So, I got the TV. One problem, the remote sensor on TV don't work. Can't mess around with the menu's yet.

So far, it's good on factory settings. I'm gonna have Vizio come and repair or come and replace. For free. I sort of didn't know that the TV has 100,000 contrast ratio. The title also shows it was 1,000,000 to 1 on Tiger Direct.

They are far better quality over the past year or two. They have definitely upped their game and honestly, the IQ and features are comparable to the top of the line, name-brand products.
