Making the game 3D Vision ready would be icing on the cake for me.

Um they can now... Im pretty sure I remember Trees in Oblivion casting shadows... and the player having a dynamic shadows.

I really hope they use the Rage engine, that would work so well and considering ID is now "internal" for them they might use it.

There's a huge disparity in Fallout3/vegas with interior and outdoors shadows/lighting/shading. Indoors looks ten times better.

There are hardly any shadows of any kind outdoors despite having them maxed out in the graphics settings.

If they used a modified Rage engine, that would truly be epic.

What are the odds they actually make the release date? I'll bet they are a year late at least... what is their track record for making release dates, I can't recall?

This will be a good reason to update my GPU, I hope nVidia drops a bomb soon before this game is released...

Bethesda is pretty good at meeting dates because they don't care about releasing a buggy product... lol

LOL I doubt extending the release date would help that.

Thats due to the limitation of the Engine. It uses many realtime lights indoors and outdoors I believe it uses a global system to help performance.
