Yah DOC did you get a phone yet? I've played the a few Android phones, and compared to an iPhone 4 they off a bit more, but if you jailbreak, the iPhone 4 is the clear winner. There are some nice apps like LockInfo in the Cydia store that add missing things like a lock screen calendar, todo list and weather. Plus as mentioned the iphone games are some of the best out there. Rage HD is a blast and honestly looks like the Rage screenshots for the full game (I know they use tricks as it's basically an on rails shooter, but it's so much fun)

Cool, I love my captivate.
I highly suggest this case and this screen protector. Also XDA is a great place for info on your Captivate.

Is it just me or is GPS getting worse in phones? My imate Ultimate, iphone 3G and Nokia E71 had perfect GPS. iPhone 4 is out 100m most of the time. :

No idea how other phones are Crainger all I have experience with is my wife's excellent Garminfone and the Samsung Galaxy phone with it's crappier than Oprah's ass after a Mexican feast GPS. Well it really isn't that bad but still not very good.

I come for the tech advice. I stay for the Oprah jokes.
That and MikeC seems to have gone off the deep end. |
