I don't think graphics will be worse than C1, i think it will be better. And as regarding to the MP not having vehicles.. i don't see that as a too big problem. Fear MP don't have that, and it's fun as hell...

How do those shots not look better than C1? They look great and are clearly the best representation of the highest quality the game can achieve (Very High w/ SSAA). Devshots are usually like that...
One thing though, there sure are a lot of post processing filters that don't mimick reality at all. They're trying to emulate photos and video. I guess a lot of games do this these days..

The shots don't look bad at all. My only gripe with them is the color filter, which reminds me a lot like Warhead's. Warhead had this odd yellowish/blue-greenish filter to it and that seems to have carried over to Crysis 2 sans the yellowish. Crysis 1 didn't have any of these annoying filters, which made the game look more photo realistic.

Watch the gameplay videos then, it sucks big, MP that is. It's another COD wannabe. Crysis Wars is like a million times better.

It's difficult to tell just how good or not good the game will really look.
IMO screen shots of Crysis 1 don't do the game justice. You can't appreciate just how good the graphics are unless you're actual playing and you can see the world in motion. I'm hoping the same goes with Crysis 2 as nothing I've seen so far looks to impressive especially considering we're comparing it to a a game that's 3+ years old.

And very few other games come even close to the joys of having an open/sandbox style setup. Oodles of fun and repeat playability. Right now I am playing Mirror's Edge and some of the shots are reminding me of that game ![]() The sliding around in Crysis 2 and the buildings. Would be awesome if they incorporated some Parkour |

Is multiplayer still going to be limited to 6v6?

Come on. What PC gaming enthusiast didn't buy Crysis? If you've got new hardware, it should be the first game to try it with, just for the graphics alone.
