Wrong mode after S3 resume

Hi all,

I need advice how where potentially problem might be for following issue:

I have AsROck ION330Pro Netop used as appliance with S3 suspend-resume.
It drives 1920x1080 SharpTV with 1920x1080@50 mode.

Issue:

Sometimes after resume from S3 TV is saying "incompatibe res. received".
End of Xorg.log tells in such case following:

Line with 1024x768 is last line. I haven't idea who is setting and why 1024x768 mode is set.

Now - if I use "xradnr -s 1920x1080" - TV is showing screen back, but system seems to be in errant state as after some usage I start to have visible only part of desktop in upper left square. Rest is black.

Restart of Application used in appliance doesn't fix issue.
Also Xorg restart is not helping.
For fixing problem I have to reboot system.

Where problem might be ?
