Default NVIDIA Issues on Samsung QX410-J01

I am using NVIDIA 260.19.29 on my new Samsung laptop (QX410-J01). I installed it via Synaptic (Ubuntu Maverick 10.10).

System -> Administration -> Nvidia X-server settings gives the following message:
"You do not appear to be using the NVIDIA X driver. Please edit your X configuration file (just run `nvidia-xconfig` as root), and restart the X server."

If I run nvidia-xconfig, it creates xorg.conf in /etc/X11. However, it goes to tty1 screen after reboot. I have pasted my xorg.conf. What should I change?
