Default GPU Shader clock

Hello,

Is there any way of changing the speed of the shader speed of a gts250 chip? (G92 a2)
In nvidia-settings I only see memory and core GPU. I dont know the reason, but instead running at 738/1836 my card is running at 700/1500 (GPU/Shader).
Is there something wrong in my card? These are not the speeds announced at the shop advertisement.

Shader clock is linked to core clock

It's independent of core clock actually but you can't change it through the nvidia xserver-settings.
