Palit (they own Gainward) seems to have their own version which looks to be a 2 slot card.

Also, watercooling might be difficult since it probably won't have a PCB compatible with blocks designed for the reference models.

I'm considering buying two of these myself, just sold one of my 480s anyway. Hopefully other partners will follow suit and then there might be some interest from EK or DD.
