That made me spit out my tea. We used to make up Indian names everyone at a pizza place I worked at in highschool and early college.

One manager was "Big Chief Smokes Alot" - obviously a chain smoker.

Our other manager, who we often picked on for dating and flirting with girls way younger than him and driving a white, 96 Z-28, was "Great White Swan - Running and Screaming" - the White Swan part based on his car, and the "Running and Screaming" based on what the young kids did when they saw him coming. I still get soo cracked up thinking about that.
