Default Nvidia drivers > 260.19.21 not showing additional GPUs

The newer drivers, 270.18 and 260.19.36, both appear to have obfuscated the additional GPUs on each of the 2 GTX 295s I have. It should show 4 GPUs total. I realize the nomenclature has slightly changed in how it views them in the driver. But, it lends one to believe there are only 2 GPUs in the system whereas previous drivers (correctly) showed 4.

Windows drivers show 4 as well. So, this is clearly a Linux driver issue. I checked /proc and I checked the nvidia-settings application (presumably also obtaining its information from /proc) before posting, of course.

Edit to add: When looking at /proc/driver/nvidia/gpus, only 0 and 1 show (it should have 2 and 3 as well)
