With the latest versions of nvidia-settings (in driver 260-x),
at every opening, the settings changed in X Server Color Correction, Brightness, Color, Gamma, (example 0.048 -0.11 1.000 on X Screen 1) are reset (0.000 0.000 1.000). Old nvidia-settings in 256-52 driver instead, keeps the values set correctly. It's a bug? Debian SID 64 |

I noticed this too with the 260.xx drivers. nvidia-settings GUI values don't match what is in .nvidia-settings.rc file.

I hope no-one fixes this, it's the only way I know to get my screen colors back to normal after playing UT99 in WINE. :P

You can reproduce this issue by running Diablo II in Wine on any distro in Windowed mode and then running nvidia-settings. That game cranks the gamma up to puke territory.
